We have access to the niche insurer markets for these properties and can obtain the most competitive pricing available, irrespective of reinstatement values. We also have access to a specialist professional valuation service with some of the relevant period property products.

The Property Owner / Landlord covers we provide are some of the widest available on the market, and can include, in addition to the standard perils the following additional benefits:

• Accidental Damage cover in respect of Buildings including extension for internal / external protected features
• Malicious Damage caused by your Tenants
• Public / Property Owners’ Liability cover limit of €6,500,000 (excess layers available)
• Employers Liability for property repairs (where required) – €13,000,000
• Loss of Rent / Alternative Accommodation starting at 20% of the Building sum Insured
• Professional Fees / Debris Removal
• Trace & Access cover
• Fire Brigade Charges
• Landscaped Gardens
• Replacement of Locks

We can also extend your cover to include cover for the Listed / Period Protected Internal Features of your property (subject to policy limits) at a small additional cost.
