I became a client of S.A. Faughnan back in 2004 having noticed their name popping up regularly in property circles both with fellow landlords and fellow builders. They have for many years held a dedicated insurance scheme via the Irish Property Owners Association for houses in flats, single let units and also commercial let properties. I have retained many of the properties I built & renovated over the last 20 odd years and tended to leave them with one or two brokers each year so that I knew who I was dealing with. In 2004 I placed all my rental properties with Faughnan’s who offered considerable savings with better cover all round. In 2005 I placed my builders insurance, home insurance and small fleet policy with them. I now avail of insurance premium finance over 10 months (via SA Faughnan) which helps with my cash flow. Using one good broker makes a difference….you know who you are dealing with (not a call centre) and they value the business I put with them. I cannot recommend S.A. Faughnan highly enough who look after me at each renewal and during the year with any other queries I have. There’s never a problem…
